You Golf’s Agreement, Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of participating in events and activities with You Golf ("the Company"), at our mobile event sites, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• I am aware of the risks associated with the activity I am about to engage in, including risks of serious bodily injury, property damage, and death.

• I understand that, despite precautions taken, the Company cannot predict the outcome of every golf swing or ball path, and serious risks exist for all participants. 

• I accept these risks as a condition of my participation.

• I agree to hold You Golf harmless for any and all injuries, property damage, or other liabilities known or unknown, at all times during this event, including setup and removal of any mobile golf equipment used by the Company.

• I assume responsibility for all attendees at my mobile golf event, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including minimum legal drinking ages and property laws. I acknowledge that this responsibility is not that of the Company.

• I confirm that I and my guests will not be under the influence of any substances that may impair coordination or judgment while participating in this activity. I will notify the Company if any guests become impaired during the event.

• I will inform the Company of any guests who are not healthy or fit to safely participate in this activity and will not endanger themselves, other participants, or guests.

• I acknowledge and understand the safety rules of participating in this activity, including in the designated golfing areas and the instructions provided by the Company's personnel. 

• I agree to secure any necessary permits and licenses required by government entities for hosting You Golf events, at my own cost.

• I authorize the Company to capture images and likenesses of my guests, consenting to the use of this media for promotional purposes, waiving any related claims.

• I agree to be contacted by the Company for event confirmations and future promotions via phone, email, or text, with the option to opt out at any time.

• I release, waive, and discharge the Company, its employees, officers, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for injury, death, loss, or damage to person or property, regardless of negligence, and agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any loss, liability, property damage, or costs incurred.

• This Agreement, Release, and Waiver will be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

I have read and fully understand this Agreement, Release of Liability, and Waiver, along with the associated risks. By signing this document, I confirm that I am of sound mind and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of myself and my guests.
